IVANS Security

When the View, Add, Modify and Delete rights are turn on the user will have full access to view, add, modify and delete the information located within the IVANS Setup. With the View rights turned off the user will not be able to access the IVANS tab. If the IVANS link is selected a security warning will display.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Setup.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under IVANS:

• View: Allows the IVANS tab to be viewed.
• Add: Enables the [Add New] link on the IVANS tab.
• Modify: Enables the Details icon on the IVANS tab.
• Delete: Enables the Remove icon on the IVANS tab.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
